The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the SteveWayneClothing.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) website. By placing an order on the Site you agree to have read, understood and accept these Product Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). Please note that this Agreement may be subject to change at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement prior to any use or purchase. Offers & Discounts
When offered, discounts are only valid when shopping online and/or by phone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retroactively.
Discounts are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards.
When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to the Site for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.
Your contract for purchases made through the Site is with Steve Wayne Clothing and you confirm that all products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Steve Wayne Clothing.
The price and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service to United States residents only.
By placing an order via the Site, you are making an offer to Steve Wayne Clothing to purchase the product(s) detailed in your order upon the terms described, at which point your PayPal account or payment card will be charged.
You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment for the product(s) ordered.
Where a Gift Card has been used as payment, the balance will be debited at the time of order placement.
If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will confirm with you the details of any cancellation.
We are unable to make changes to your order after your payment has been processed.
Termination of Agreement
Steve Wayne Clothing reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately and without notice to you if:
- You fail to make payment to us when it is due.
- You breach any of our the terms of the Agreement.
- If requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable timeframe, sufficient information to enable us to determine accuracy and validity of your identity and/or of any information supplied by you.
- We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have a way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on the Site.
Conformity of Products
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on the Site is correct. The product information and specifications provided are not binding, but are carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product.
The Site attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors and styles of the products shown on the Site. However, the Site cannot and does not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color or style will be accurate.
Steve Wayne Clothing will act immediately to correct any error identified, but is under no legal obligation to honor a price displayed in error.
The Site accepts PayPal payments (which at the time of this agreement allows you to also pay with most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express). All prices displayed include sales tax at the current rate as required by the State of North Carolina.
Unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries are made using the United States Postal Service.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition and, where possible, in their original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of the product(s). We will reimburse you within 14 days from when we receive the product(s).
We will reimburse all payments received from you excluding the costs of delivery. We may also make a deduction from the reimbursement for any diminished value of the returned product(s) (e.g. worn clothing).
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
